Day 14: Reach

The days have been getting warmer. I have been reaching my branches up to the sky, waiting for the new rainfall in the spring to saturate my roots and bring me new life. People pass by me daily, but one that usually passes by has not been around. Possibly he has a change of daily plans. I, however, do not have much to change. My only goal right now is to grow, as I am still a young river birch.
